Expert say Africa must Adopt Climate-Smart Agriculture

Food insecurity will remain an endemic problem unless the continent adapts to climate change. “Climate – smart agriculture” –it is agriculture that sustainably increases productivity, resilience (adaptation), reduces/removes greenhouse gases (mitigation) and enhances achievement of national food security and developmental goals.
