Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation in KARI is an integral component of the research process.  KARI has recognized the need for building institutional capacity towards proper management of existing scarce resources for improved efficiency and effectiveness as stated in the KARI strategic objectives (KARI Strategic Plan, 2009-2014).
