KARI Kitale Outreach and Partnerships

Agricultural Technology and Information Response Initiate (ATIRI)
The objective is to promote food security, alleviate poverty and reduce natural resource degradation through empowering farmers to demand, apply and scale up adoption of agricultural technologies.

Achievement
•    21 CBOs, 569 farmers directly with 43,500 beneficiaries empowered.
Six technologies disseminated through CBOs, (AT, fish farming, milk production and value addition, horticultural production, clean potato seed production)
